Patronal Festival with Combined Eucharist

Sunday 26 June is the  Patronal festival of St. John the Baptist.  Our guest preacher is the Revd Prebendary Adrian Benjamin, Vicar of All Saints', Friern Barnet. Fr Adrian has served in the Diocese of London for nearly 40 years, and was installed as a Prebendary of St. Paul's Cathedral in 2007. He studied at Wadham College, Oxford and Cuddesdon Theological College before serving his first Curacy in Newcastle. His interests are the interaction between theology and the performing arts, and in his time he has been responsible for performing The Way of the Cross, an open air telling of the Passion of Jesus Christ, in several parishes, as well as numerous other dramatic works. He is also a writer, broadcaster, and occasional actor.
