In our increasingly busy lives the need for quiet, peace and space has never been more urgently needed. These Quiet Days are a chance for us to get away, to forget diaries, worldly commitments and all the busyness that surrounds us. They are a chance for us to listen, to allow our souls to breathe and to spend time in the presence of God. We hope you will take advantage of them and find spiritual refreshment in them.

In keeping the seasons of the year as times of quiet reflection we enter into our salvation history as discerning reflective people anxious and eager to do the will of God. May these Quiet Days be for us such times of peace, and may we find, in these days, oases of calm living water that refresh our parched souls
'Be still and know that I am God'
(Psalm 46–10)
